Accord’s conceptual design for the early 1900s Gamma Phi Beta house at 318 Pearson Avenue in Ames, IA includes renovation at each floor and a small addition to the back of the building. The primary focus was improvement of student study/sleeping rooms and the House Director’s apartment. The kitchen, with flow through the dining area was also addressed. The addition blends in perfectly with the existing Tudor Revival style.

Conceptual plans, elevations, 3D images, and a cost opinion were provided to Gamma Phi Beta’s fund-raising consultant, but the project remains in the conceptual stage at this time.
