Tau Kappa Epsilon: ISU, Ames

In 2014 Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE) embarked on a journey. It was led by former TKE fraternity member (and current alumni) Roger Underwood. The goal was to make Greek Living accommodations more attractive, using flexible study/sleep rooms. TKE hired Accord to help determine what could be done, what it would look like, and what it would cost. After successful fundraising campaign between 2015 and 2018, TKE commissioned Accord in 2019 for further design. Student study/sleep rooms are improved, with increased and enhanced social gathering spaces. There is a completely new addition on the east (rear) side of the house, as well as infrastructure improvements throughout. The existing exterior is also improved, including new eyebrow dormers, a new porch, and additional brick work.
