The industrial sector has long been a big part of Accord’s portfolio, with experience designing for major companies like Cargill, BASF, and others. Pure Prairie Poultry intends to resurrect an existing building that was in disrepair. Accord’s design for this facility provides the all-important functionality for flow of product and staff, but also a new face-lift in downtown Charles City, IA.

A new two-story addition that adds just over 33,000 SF and a renovation of approximately 11,500 SF will provide a means to keep product cool, organize the flow of staff in multiple shifts, support the staff with amenities, assist the trucking industry, and greet visitors.
